Dismantle and restart during the plant shutdown. At Volkswagen in Poznan, the objective was clear: dismantle the old exterior clear coat station and restart the new one during the plant shutdown, without overrunning.
De-cabling of the existing installation including 8 old robots, management of the electrical and pneumatic installation, then commissioning assistance up to the start of production of the 6 new robots. A mission carried out on behalf of the integrator in charge of the project, within a shutdown window where every hour counted.
