From surface preparation to curing, we design, install and maintain powder and liquid paint lines: pretreatment tunnels, powder booths, powder centres, curing ovens, conveyors, robotics and automation.
Before the engineering phase we offer a preliminary study (AVP): application trials on your own parts at the manufacturer's test laboratory. In the video, a robotic powder pre-coating: the robot covers the hard to reach areas before the finishing pass. We validate the process and the finish, then we write the specification together. You commit to the project on measured results, not on an assumption.
One single team for the study, the site work, commissioning and operator training, then maintenance and genuine spare parts. An integrated approach that drives our customers towards greater efficiency and competitiveness.
