CREDO Engineering specialises in coating and surface treatment: we design, integrate and maintain powder and liquid paint lines for industry, and we supply the genuine spare parts for their equipment.

What do we do
Designing the industrial coating of tomorrow
Coating is not an end of line step: it decides how the part will last, how it will look and a good share of the production cost. We handle the whole chain: surface preparation and pretreatment, powder or liquid application, curing, handling and inspection.
We work for aluminium joinery, furniture, lighting, cycles, mechanical subcontracting and the automotive industry. Projects range from replacing a single gun to a complete powder coating line.

Four families of expertise
Powder coating
Manual and automatic booths, powder centres, guns and robots, cyclones and filters, curing ovens, power and free conveyors. New installations, retrofit and modernisation of existing plants.
Liquid painting
Booths and application stations, spray robots, pumps and dosing units, paint and solvent management, compliance upgrades and commissioning.
Surface treatment
Washing and phosphating tunnels, degreasing, shot blasting and mechanical preparation, drying. Good adhesion starts before the paint.
Robotics and automation
Robot integration, electrical and fluid interconnection, PLCs and supervision, testing and production start-up.

A successful project is judged six months later, not on handover day. That is why we stay involved after commissioning: maintenance plans, safety and fire detection checks, operator training, and above all genuine spare parts delivered fast.
