Replacing a powder coating booth in a 10-day shutdown

WAGNER SuperCenter EVO powder coating booth and powder centre · Dismantling of the old booth, reassembly of the new one, participation in commissioning
Ten days. Not one more. At an industrial customer, the old powder coating booth had to make way for a new one, and everything had to happen during the production shutdown. Dismantling, removal, reassembly, then participation in commissioning: ten consecutive days, from the first bolt removed to the restart of the line.
On this type of project, there is no catching up. The schedule is built upstream, to the hour, and is kept on site. It is an exercise that few companies agree to take on end to end: it commits as much on method as on the ability to mobilise a full team over a short window.
