Ten days. Not one more. At an industrial customer, the old powder coating booth had to make way for a new one, and everything had to happen during the production shutdown. Dismantling, removal, reassembly, then participation in commissioning: ten consecutive days, from the first bolt removed to the restart of the line.

On this type of project, there is no catching up. The schedule is built upstream, to the hour, and is kept on site. It is an exercise that few companies agree to take on end to end: it commits as much on method as on the ability to mobilise a full team over a short window.

What we did

Preparation
Removal method, logistics of the elements and hour-by-hour schedule over the shutdown window.

Dismantling
Removal of the old booth and evacuation of the elements, as soon as the line stopped.

Reassembly
Assembly of the new booth, electrical and pneumatic connections.

Commissioning
Participation in settings and trials, up to the restart of production.

The result

✓ Old booth removed and new booth reassembled in ten consecutive days.
✓ A project aligned with the customer's shutdown window, with no overrun.
✓ Production restarted within the announced deadline.
