At an automotive supplier, a new SAMES powder coating booth to install and commission on a seat frame line.

Long, highly perforated parts, hung on carriers: the geometry does not forgive approximate settings. The challenge was to obtain an even coating over the whole part, in the recesses as on the edges, at line speed.

What we did

Preparation
Site survey, intervention schedule and receipt of the equipment.

Unloading and assembly
Handling of the elements, assembly of the booth, filters, ducts and powder centre.

Connections
Electrical and fluid connections, input and output tests, checks before power-up.

Commissioning
Application settings and trials on production parts.

The result

✓ A booth installed and commissioned on site. ✓ Settings validated on production parts. ✓ Long-term follow-up: CREDO remains the site's contact for maintenance and parts.
